Stitched Paintings

The works in this series are made of canvas pieces sewn onto a stretched canvas or heavy weight Arches paper.  This layering gives a depth that head-on photographs tend to flatten.  This video survey of Stitched Portrait in Red Hat offers multiple viewing angles to give a truer representation.
